Your Path to Natural Healing in Lancaster, OH
Professional Acupuncture, Massage, and Holistic Wellness
Welcome to Elements of Healing, where we prioritize prevention over prescriptions. We specialize in a natural approach to health, focusing on the holistic treatment of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Through Acupuncture and Therapeutic Massage, we stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. By activating the central nervous system, we help your body release the internal chemistry needed to promote physical and emotional well-being.
We believe in tapping into God’s power to treat the cause of your discomfort, not just the symptoms.
True wellness is a reflection of a body in balance and a spirit in sync with the power that created it.

Client Experiences
My massage with Samantha last week was excellent. She really listened to my concerns about neck and upper-back tension and addressed them thoroughly, while still maintaining a relaxing experience. I left feeling a bit sore—in the best way—knowing she had released several tight spots using effective trigger-point techniques. I noticed improved range of motion in my neck afterward, and she even provided helpful stretching suggestions for those problem areas. I’ll definitely be returning to her soon.
My son has been seeing Leslie for a sports related injury, she has performed massage therapy, acupuncture, and cupping. All these treatments have helped my son return to full activity without pain. Leslie has an extensive knowledge in successfully treating sports related injuries with her background as a collegiate athletic trainer. I highly recommend Leslie for the treatment of athletic related injuries. - Brian
